Two subjects were arraigned in the Village of Alden Court on Wed., Oct 15th, by Judge Robert Woods, after an investigation by law enforcement officials on Oct. 14th at a dwelling in the Village of Alden.
The subjects were charged with A-Misdemeanor (criminal possession of a controlled substance-7th), E-Felony (Criminal Possession for Precursors of Methamphetamine), D-Felony (Unlawful Manufacture of Methamphetamine 3rd), and D-Felony (Burglary in the 3rd Degree).
Both subjects pleaded not guilty to the charges. Bail was set in the amount of $50,000 per subject. They are scheduled to appear back in court at a later date.
