Alden Central Schools had their “Take a Veteran to School” day on November 6th. Local Veterans were invited to attend the event which included an “Assembly of Appreciation” which gave students the opportunity to recognize the veterans and learn about the history surrounding Veteran’s Day. Veterans were invited to a reception at the conclusion of the assembly.
