A recent letter sent to Mr. Weber of 11133 Broadway was to inform him that he had thirty days to fix or demolish his property. Seeing that the building has been determined over fifty percent damaged, has been deemed a public nuisance, and the town board has not heard from Mr. Weber nor his attorney in the allotted time period, the board has officially called a Public Hearing regarding this matter. The pubic hearing will be held on Monday, January 5 at 7:20 pm. The estimated cost for the demolition of this property is $60,000.
