On Friday, June 12, the students of Alden Primary School gathered around the flag in celebration of Flag Day. After opening with the pledge to the flag and singing The Star Spangled Banner, each grade level showed their appreciation for our country’s flag with a patriotic song. Additionally, third grade students shared the history of our flag. It was an honor to be joined by special guests who actively serve in the United States Coast Guard and Army.
