The Alden Advertiser and Alden Merchants Easter Coloring Contest is set to begin on Thursday, March 12.
Entry forms will be in the Alden Advertiser on March 12th; Thursday, March 19 and Thursday, March 26.
There will be three winners each week in various age groups. The contest is open to children ages 3-10.
Each winner will receive a chocolate bunny from Henry’s Candy on Saturday, April 4th at the Alden Advertiser office at 11 am. A total of 9 bunnies will be awarded for the coloring contest winners.
There will be a second chance drawing. Winners will be randomly drawn from all contest entries, excluding first place winners, two in each age group. Six additional bunnies will be awarded to those winners. Winners of the second chance drawing will be able to pick up their prize at the Alden Advertiser office during normal business hours beginning on Monday, April 6th. Winners will be announced in the Thursday, April 2nd issue.
