Catholic Schools Week at St. John the Baptist School was a success.
On Sunday, January 29th they hosted an Open House after the School Mass and the Home School Association baked treats for visitors. On
Monday, January 30th the students wore Mix-Match/Neon clothing and read books and played games with their classroom buddies.
Tuesday, January 31st Mrs. Rusin, gym teacher directed students to demonstrate PE activities in their gymnasium.
Wednesday, February 1st students dressed as their favorite book character, historical figure or hero, they also joined with their classroom buddy to create a ice cream sundae courtesy of the Home School Association.
Thursday, February 2nd the students wore their pj’s and worked with their classroom buddies on making Valentine cards for the Veterans.
Friday, February 3rd was our traditional Grandparents Lunch, they were entertainment by Paul Antonio Magic as well as our school band performed. More photos in the February 16th issue of the Alden Advertiser.
