Heavy clouds and a few sprinkles didn’t dampen the enthusiasm of those who attended the 8th annual Prayer in the Park event held in Fireman’s Memorial Park on Sunday, June 5th. The program began with the patriotic Rosary of the States led by Pam Turton, Sister Ellen McCarthy, and Mark Kryszak with about 20 youth helping to announce the prayers for each state.
