Alden School Board Adopts Veterans Tax Exemption
On Sept. 29th the Alden Central School Board of Education voted to adopt a Veterans Exemption.
The public hearing on the proposed Alternative Veterans Exemption was on Sept. 29. Nancy DiLonardo discussed the options with the district and the different exemption levels. After her presentation there was a period for public comment. The regular board meeting began about 7:00 pm and the board voted to adopt the exemption.
