It has been nearly four years since the Alden town board approved a motion to demolish a section of 11133 Broadway St., located at entrance of Alden on the corner of Alaura Drive.
At the time, over 50 percent of the property, owned by Steven Weber of Pavilion, was considered damaged.
Since then, the remaining portion of Weber’s property has continued to be subject of numerous resident complaints and code violations as well as ongoing legal battle. See full story in the February 15th issue of the Alden Advertiser. By Justin A. Sullivan
