Trustee Ted Mezydlo, William Severyn, Mayor Michael Manicki, Alex Severyn and William Severyn Sr. from Severyn Development at a ceremonial ground breaking to kick off construction of the “Birch Creek Run” patio home subdivision on West Main Street in the Village of Alden.
The developers of Birch Creek Run Patio Homes were given until April 28 to begin construction on their West Main Street project. All other conditions of the previous approval remain in effect.
