There will be a second public hearing on April 9 at the community center, Two Rod Rd. on a proposed local law on spreading and storage of bio-solids in the Town of Marilla after the Town Board agreed to table a decision to take a final vote on the new law at a public hearing that was held on March 12.

The decision came after members of two of the town boards, Planning and Conservation Advisory said they needed more time to go over the new law developed by Environmental Attorney John Kolga of Damon and Morey law firm.
